What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m., while check-out is by 10 a.m. If you arrive earlier, that’s absolutely no problem: leave your luggage with us and enjoy the beach or the pool.
Can I request a room with a specific view?
Certainly. Please let us know which view you’d prefer when you make your booking: pinewoods, garden, or pool. We’ll do our best to make it possible.
What’s the difference between the Diamond and Gold collections?
The rooms in the Diamond Collection feature satellite TV with Sky channels, a terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi, and a beach spot with a gazebo and sun loungers.
The rooms in the Gold Collection are equally elegant. They include a beach spot with a sun umbrella, sun loungers, and a deckchair.
Are the rooms soundproofed?
Yes. All our rooms have soundproof walls to ensure you enjoy a perfectly restful experience.

Is a beach spot included?
Yes, it’s always included in the room price. With Diamond rooms, you get a furnished gazebo, while Gold rooms come with an umbrella, two sun loungers, and a deckchair.
How far is the beach from the hotel?
The beach at Bagno Acacia is right in front of our hotel (about 100m): simply cross the Mediterranean park and you’re already on the sand.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the water is always heated to 28°C.
What are the opening times of the pool?
The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and features a jacuzzi.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, you will find bathrobes, beach towels, and a beach bag in your room.
What are the restaurant opening times?
Breakfast: from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., à la carte lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m., dinner from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Do you cater to food intolerances or special diets?
Of course, let us know your needs when you make your reservation and our chef will prepare custom dishes for you.
Is parking available?
Yes, you will have a parking space reserved for you free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Do you have charging stations for electric cars?
Yes, we have a charging station for electric cars available to our guests for an additional fee.
Can I rent a bicycle?
Rental of city bikes for adults is free of charge (reservation required, subject to availability). Perfect for exploring the Etruscan Coast.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
Can I bring my dog with me?
- Subject to availability, we only accept one small dog (up to 10kg) per room.
- Our pet-friendly rooms are: the Prestige Room, Elegance Room, and Sea Water Room.
- At check-in, you must present your dog’s health passport with vaccinations issued by your veterinarian and you will be asked to sign and accept our regulations.
Which areas can my dog access?
- Pets are allowed in the hotel grounds, reception area, bar, AcaciAmare Restaurant, and beach, but must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool and sunbathing area.
Can my dog swim in the sea?
Under the bylaws of the municipality of Castagneto Carducci, pets are not allowed to enter the water.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, some of our Elegance Rooms are fully accessible.
What can I visit nearby?
Everything and more! The historic village of Bolgheri with its famous cypress-lined Viale dei Cipressi, Castagneto Carducci, the wineries along the Wine and Olive Oil Trail, Sassetta Thermal Spa, the Archaeological Park of Baratti.
