At 7.30 a.m. the port of Follonica is enveloped in a magical atmosphere. You’re already on board with a skipper from Pescaturismo Calypso who knows every current, every rock, every secret of this stretch of the Tyrrhenian Sea. You’ll fish, have a snack and lunch together with an appetiser, starter, or main course. (The menu is decided by the sea. You simply decide whether to be there or not).
